I'm not a Defiance College student, can I still use the library?

Answer

As a member of the Defiance community you can use the Pilgrim Library, but your privileges will be different than those of a DC student/faculty or staff member. You can browse library materials such as books & periodicals, scan or copy materials (for a small fee), or ask librarians for help with research inquiries.

You can also apply for a community loan card which will give you borrowing privileges at the Pilgrim Library. This will also allow you to request items from other Ohio libraries.  To apply for a community card, you will need to bring your driver's license/photo i.d. to the Pilgrim Library Circulation desk.

The computer labs and wireless Internet are reserved for currently enrolled DC students/faculty and staff. If you wish to access our library's online research resources, please ask at the circulation desk for help.
