Q. How will I know when my request has arrived?


Once the item(s) arrives at the pickup location you requested, an email will be sent to you regarding its arrival. We will use the email we have on file, which is most often your DC gmail "@defiance.edu" account.

You can then stop by the Circulation Desk and tell the student worker that you have an item from OhioLink waiting for you. Please bring your student ID card with you when you come to check the item out.
