I am unable to log on to the library database(s) from home. Can you help?

When you try to access a database from off-campus, the system asks you to authenticate to prove that you are indeed a student registered at an OhioLink institution, and not someone trying to hack into the network and get unauthorized access.

When you click on a link to a database, you will be asked to enter your name and BARCODE NUMBER (the barcode on your student ID  card number, your student number with 80 in front of it.)

If this does not grant you access, our computer may be having technical difficulties, such as being down temporarily for upgrades.  Be sure to check our Facebook and Twitter pages for updates about any interruptions of services.

There also could be a problem with your library account.  If you believe this could be the case, contact Pilgrim Library (419-783-2481).
