What is the Pilgrim Library Instruction Program?

The Pilgrim Library Instruction Program is committed to promoting information fluency to faculty, staff, students and community members.  Information fluency includes information literacy, technology literacy, and critical-thinking skills.

The Pilgrim Library Instruction Program fosters information fluency through a variety of instruction opportunities, including:

  • In-person instruction sessions
  • One-on-one reference interactions (in-person and virtually)
  • Workshops, tutorials, Research Guides and other research aids
  • Collaborative work with faculty to integrate information fluency into curriculum
