Q. Why isn't Moodle working?
Just like any other technology, Moodle can have technology issues. If you are using Moodle and something seems to not be working, please take the following steps to try and "fix" the issue:
SAVE all your work somewhere safe before beginning troubleshooting, if possible.
- Try disabling any pop-up blockers that might be running.
- Log out and log back into Moodle.
- Try this task in a different Internet browser (FireFox, Chrome, or Safari are recommended)
- Restart your computer.
