Q. How will I know when my request has arrived?


Once the item(s) arrives at the pickup location you requested, an email will be sent to you regarding its arrival. We will use the email we have on file, which is most often your DC gmail account.

You can then stop by the Circulation Desk and tell the student worker that you have an item from OhioLink waiting for you. Having your student ID card available when you arrive is helpful.
