How do I put something on course reserve?

Answer

Reserves are a great way to ensure that your students can have access to supplemental course materials or course textbooks. You can place books, articles, videos and more on reserve for your students to use at the library. These can be items owned by you or owned by the library. Items are normally placed on reserve for 2-hour library use only, but other loan length options are also available. You can also make reserves available electronically.

To put something on reserve, fill out our electronic Reserve Request Form. Then bring the reserve materials over to the library. If you prefer, you can print and then bring the completed form over with your items.  Contact Collette Knight (knightc@defiance.edu or 419-783-2482) if you have questions.
