Q. I am unable to log on to the library database(s) from home. Can you help?


To access library databases from off-campus, you need to authenticate.  Please make sure that you have entered your name (as it directs you to) and your BARCODE NUMBER (student ID number with 80 in front of it.)

If this does not grant you access, our resources may be having technical difficulties.  Be sure to check our Facebook and Twitter pages for updates about any interruptions of services.

There also could be a problem with your library account.  If you believe this could be the case, contact Pilgrim Library (419-783-2481).
