Q. Why can't my students access my Moodle course?
If a number of students in your course are saying they can't get into your course, chances are you need to go in and make the course available to them.
Moodle courses are, by default, closed to students until the instructor manually makes them available.
To make your course available, go into the Edit Settings menu. Four options from the top, you will see an option that says "Visible." In this drop-down box, select "Show." Hit the save changes button at the bottom of the screen. Once this is complete, your course should now be available to those listed in the participants list.
If some students have access while others do not, please make sure your students are entering the proper log-in information. If the problem persists, please contact a Moodle administrator (419-783-2490 or firstname.lastname@example.org)
