Q. When is chat available?
Library staff oversee the chat service. Therefore, during the fall and spring semesters, our chat service is typically available, Monday - Fridays from 8am to 4:30 pm, when staff are on duty.
This availability changes during holiday, break, or summer hours. There may also be times during the above service hours when library staff are not immediately available because of being called away from their desk to help someone or consult a colleague; please have patience when waiting for a chat response.
