Can I print in the library?

Answer

Yes, you can print in the library.  There are three printers in the library building:

  • Library Upstairs Copier on pserver2 (upstairs lab)
  • Library 103 Copier on pserver2 (downstairs in north corridor near room 112)
  • Library Color Printer - 25¢ per page (at the front desk)

If you are a current student, faculty or staff member, there is no charge for black-and-white printing. There is no limit on the number of pages you can print.*

The upstairs and downstairs printers will (by default) print on both sides of the paper. You can change this option in the printing preferences menu. These machines also have scanning and copying capabilities.

You will be charged 25¢ per page for any color prints when you go to the front desk to pick them up.

*The DC Computer Policy makes it clear that all information systems are to be used for non-commercial purposes.
