To copy and paste an image in a document:

1. Right click on the image (if online or in another document), and click Copy or Copy Image. You can also select the image and press Ctrl+c on the keyboard.

2. Reopen your Word document, right click on the page where you want to add the image, and click Paste or the paintbrush logo under Paste. Instead of right-clicking, you can also click the Paste icon at the top of the Home tab, or press Ctrl+v on the keyboard.
